National Secretary of BJP Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat meets with Pujya Swamiji
Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, Founder of Ganga Action Parivar and President of Parmarth Niketan (Rishikesh) welcomed Shri Trivendra Singh Rawatji, National Secretary of BJP, In Charge of BJP Jharkhand State, Ex-Cabinet Minister of Government of Uttarakhand, to Parmarth Niketan today. They discussed Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modiji’s, vital vision and mission for Namami Gange as well as ways in which to engage the masses to take ownership and responsibility in this campaign to restore a clean and free-flowing River Ganga and Her tributaries.
Pujya Swamiji also shared with him numerous suggestions, solutions and technologies that GAP has gathered together as well as the National Ganga Rights Act that GAP proposes to create a Rights Based Legislation to protect the National River, which is the lifeline of over 500 million people of India. Pujya Swamiji invited Shri TS Rawatji and he agreed to join Ganga Action Parivar (GAP) in Parmarth Niketan (Rishikesh) for the Ganga Gyan Dhara Samagrah Samvad Workshop at Pamarth Niketan (Rishikesh) on the 8th May.
